Nearly 120 years ago, there was a most evil lord and an equally wicked wizard. They joined forces in a magical struggle to vanquish all other evil powers.

It was during this conflict that they learned of the existence of “it”.

The Cosmic Forge… a magic pen which made reality any words scripted with its point. With this pen in hand, they began to script horrors into the universe. It was shortly after obtaining this Cosmic Forge that the two allies became jealous of each other’s power, and engaged in a final climactic battle to determine the fate of themselves and of the magic pen. What became of them, no one knows.

And now, adventurers who may change the fate of the magic pen and the universe seek to enter the castle once again…
