FINAL FANTASY XI Collab Quest: Fantasy Castle of Deepest Dark

Fantasy Castle of Deepest Dark is a limited-time quest featuring an special FINAL FANTASY XI collab story.

Story

‘An ill-omened castle has appeared unbidden in Northern Hollow, and my lord’s sons rode out to scout it. Now the keep has vanished into thin air, and the young lords have not returned. I ask that you seek out whatever traces this ghost castle may have left and see them safely home.’

Collab Adventurer Recruitment Event

During the collab event, an event will be held in which players can receive an item that allows them to recruit either collab or legendary adventurers. Players can choose from one of the following six items. Only one item can be obtained from this event during the event period.

*This event will become available in Royal Capital Luknalia after progressing to a certain point in the Beginning Abyss, and players can obtain one of the rewards above by meeting the Man Scavenging Bones.

Special collab-exclusive Relic Weapons and the Trade Broker arrive!

Relic Weapons

Relic Weapons are special pieces of equipment, and their base forms can be obtained using gil at the Jeweler’s Exchange under Fantasy Castle of Deepest Dark. By reforging their base forms, Relic Weapons can be transformed into increasingly powerful equipment.

Trade Broker

At the tavern in Northern Hollow Village, players can trade materials required for reforging Relic Weapons with other parties through the Trade Broker.

Fantasy Castle of Deepest Dark Missions

These are limited-time missions in which players can obtain 1 each of Moldy Scroll: Darksteel Hurricane, Moldy Scroll: Singer of the Rhapsodies, Moldy Scroll: The Abhorrent One of Tavnazia, a total of 186,000 gil, and more, by completing designated missions and earning a set number of points during the event period.
