Efficacy increased based on skill level. Efficacy/Evasion increase amount decreased if learned by someone other than Kagero.

Enemy actions cause Malice to accumulate in Kagero, and when Malice reaches its maximum, he unleashes a major physical attack on 1 unspecified enemy in the frontmost enemy row that bypasses Defense Power.
After attacking, Malice becomes a fixed amount, but accumulates again due to enemy actions.
