Efficacy increased based on skill level. Efficacy is reduced if learned by someone other than Rinne.

When equipped with a dagger and upon the user's first action in battle, increases Surety, and skill-based physical attacks against close-range enemies have a chance of a Critical occurring.
Actions caused by passive skills do not trigger this skill's effect, and are not considered a first action.
